Video footage of the attempted cash-in-transit heist which took place on the N12 West on Saturday (March 10) was circulated on various social media platforms shortly after the incident took place.
In the first of two videos (recorded on a cellphone) explosions as well as a resident’s attempt to get a hold of the police, can be heard.
The Advertiser also received drone footage of when members of the Boksburg SAPS arrived on the scene.
