Afrikaans at its best with Juanita, Franja and Josh
Afrikaans music fans are in for a memorable evening of entertainment on November 1 as Juanita du Plessis takes to the Theatre of Marcellus stage at Emperors Palace.
She’ll perform some of her greatest hits including Kaalvoetkind, Ons Koning Kom and Bly by my.
As an extra treat, the singer will be joined by her talented children, Franja du Plessis and Ruan Josh.
Du Plessis made her mark on the local music scene with her 2011 release Ska-Rumba and was crowned most popular female artist for the seventh consecutive year at the Huisgenoot’s Tempo Awards ceremony in Johannesburg in the same year.
Having won many awards, including a SAMA award for Best Afrikaans DVD, Du Plessis is a sweetheart of the South African music industry.
