‘A street light in the park behind my house – which did not work for a year – has recently been fixed. I reported it to the Ekurhuleni call centre many times and received reference numbers.
I had almost lost all hope when a woman by the name of Amanda Mathabathe – who I think said she was a supervisor in the Parks department, came to my house to tell me the street light was fixed on September 7.
I am so grateful – from the bottom of my heart – and want Amanda to know just how much her involvement means to me. Thank you for being such a good example to your colleagues!
