Boksburg North SAPS takes a stand against violence

Boksburg North SAPS uniformed and civilian members, accompanied by a police band, took to the streets to make the community aware of violence against women and children, on August 24.

The campaign made four stops in the Boksburg North precinct – Shoprite in Eleventh Avenue, the K90 Centre, Pick n Pay Hypermarket and the flea market – where they interacted with the community.

The procession was leaded by Boksburg North Station Commander Col Khubilani Mbatha.

“The event was successful and well attended,” he said.
