You can still donate a baby blanket
The Advertiser has had a tremendous response to its winter baby blanket drive.
The Advertising team has been the driving force and consultants Elize Kluyts (left on the photo), Annelette Bezuidenhout, Debbie Pratt and Denise Manning (front) would like to thank everyone who donated.
The blankets will be handed over to Boksburg Child Welfare, which has a dire need for baby goods, including clothing, blankets, formula and foods, to service the many needy families which come into their offices for assistance.
Donation drop-offs in Boksburg are: Caxton Local Media (20 Sydney Road, Ravenswood), @ The Bistro (East Rand Retail Park), Healthworx Medical Centre (East Rand Retail Park), Eyeland Optometrists (East Rand Mall and Sunward Lifestyle Centre), The Play Factory (The Terminal) and Tracy Harris Estates (Frelon Road, Impala Park).
