Indaba to unpack metro’s environmental programmes

This is according to the Ekurhuleni metro that will be holding over the next two days an Environmental Indaba.

The indaba, finishing tomorrow (June 23) is being held at  Birchwood Hotel to deliberate on matters that affect the environment within the metro and to apply mitigating programmes and policies.

The Indaba is also expected to focus on preserving and accessing traditional medicinal plants, waste management services and the City’s greening and AGRO initiatives for the benefit of the community.
