Criminals target Wit Deep Primary

An undisclosed amount of electrical equipment has been stolen during a business break-in at Wit Deep Primary School, in Witfield.

According to the Boksburg North SAPS communication officer, Capt Juanita Coetzer, the complainant left the school offices last night on June 19, around 5.30pm.

“The following morning the complainant noticed the door has been forced open,” said Coetzer.

A desktop and printer are among the stolen items.

It is believed the safe has been broken open with a grinder during a business break-in at Wit Deep Primary, in Witfield.

School principal, Tina Worsley, confirmed the incident and advises schools to be vigilant.

Boksburg North SAPS is investigating a case of business break-in.
