The Samaritaan Huis has upgraded its pre-primary school.

Friends, donors and family members came out to support the grand re-opening of the pre-primary school on June 10.

The school now has new classrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, playground equipment, new CCTV cameras and carport.

Marie Russell from the Samaritaan Huis, said: “We thank our donors who contributed in making our school perfect for the betterment of these children.

“Without our donors we would not have been able to upgrade our school. We also appreciate some of our donors who have been with us for the past 17 years and they are still holding our hands in support.”

The Samaritaan Huis offers free pre-school education for Grade R to disadvantaged children in the area.
