Voortrekker cash in on 62 distinctions

With a 100 per cent pass rate in the national matric examinations, the 2016 matriculants of Hoërskool Voortrekker ended their school career on a high note.

This has been a trend for about 20 years. Overall, the school achieved 62 distinctions.

Khanyise Nkosi obtained five distinctions in Afrikaans, physical science, life sciences, mathematics and life orientation.

Arthur Mwamadi also ‘cashed in’ with five clean A’s for mathematics, life orientation, accounting, business studies and geography.
