This fatal incident happened on August 20, at around 6.30pm.
According to a family member who found him, the deceased was in his early 50s.
“He allegedly had something to drink after work, fell into the water and drowned,” said Boksburg North SAPS communication officer, Capt Juanita Coetzer.
