Wool Centre, students work together on Mandela Day

In the spirit of Mandela Day, Wool Centre Boksburg, in conjunction with Damelin students Gehna Evans and Angelique Scott, collected clothing, stationery and knitted items for Zandi’s Angels Orphanage

The items were handed over to the home on the annual Mandela Day, July 18.

“This project is our tribute to the 67 minutes of charity,” said owner of Wool Centre Boksburg, Elizabeth Evans.

“Our aim was to do something for the children.”

Wool Centre Boksburg thanks its customers for their generous donations of knitted items for the children.
