Father, daughter (30) killed in Boksburg shooting

Netcare 911 spokesperson Athlenda Mathe said that when Netcare911 paramedics arrived on scene, the found that both father and daughter had already died due to the gunshot wounds they sustained.

The incident happened in Dawn Park Ex 2, at around 7am, and the exact detail to the cause of the shooting has not yet been established.

They were both declared dead on scene by Netcare911 paramedics.
Mathe said Netcare911 have dispatched trauma counsellors to counsel four teenagers who witnessed the incident.

“We are counselling the four, aged 19, 16, 13 and 11.”
