He was initially arrested on January 4. The case was booked to W/O Willem van Aswegen, from the Boksburg North Detective Branch.

“The case went to Boksburg Magistrate’s Court and the accused was found guilty due to the perseverance and dedication of the investigation officer,” said Boksburg North SAPS communication officer, Capt Juanita Coetzer.

The case went back to court on May 26 for the sentencing.
