Woman (24) stabs boyfriend to death in Witfield

The incident happened just after 2am, on April 23.

Boksburg North police spokesman Lieut Juanita Coetzer said the Boksburg North police sector vehicle received a complaint about a murder.

“Upon arrival at the address the officers found the deceased lying on the ground outside the house. He was stabbed several times by the girlfriend,” said Coetzer.

The lieutenant said the murder weapon was confiscated and the suspect arrested and detained.

The woman stayed with the boyfriend at the premises.

Investigation will continue.
