* Four armed men forced their way into a house in Morkel Road, Sunward Park, and robbed occupants of the house goods worth about R50 000, on February 19.
The suspects are described as four armed black men driving in a white A3 Audi. Police are investigating a house robbery case.
* An armed suspect entered a business along Market Street, Boksburg CBD, and held an employee at gunpoint before stealing a laptop and a cellphone worth about R27 000.
The robbery happened in broad daylight on February 20. A case of business robbery was registered.
* Thieves forced their way into a business located on Commissioner Street, Boksburg CBD, and stole goods worth R11 000, on Thursday night, February 18.
They forced open the door to enter the property and stole a laptop and a Samsung Galaxy J1.
* Criminals forced their way into a home on Tosca Road, Sunward Park, and stole valuable goods worth about R50 000, on February 18.
They forced open the sliding door of the house to gain access and stole a Samsung LED TV set and a bottle of whisky.
* Suspects entered a business on Commissioner Street, Boksburg CBD, and stole goods worth about R11 500 on February 19.
The thieves entered the property through a window and stole an Aiwa CD player and a Nike jacket.
* Patrolling police officers arrested a man after they found him in possession of suspected stolen goods on February 20.
The officers noticed the suspicious-looking man walking along Trichardts Road in Parkrand, carrying what they suspected were stolen goods.
They also found suspected housebreaking equipment in the man’s possession.
Car theft
* A man told the police that he had parked his car opposite the Engen garage at the corner of Oosterlig and Commissioner streets on February 19, and when he went back the following day he discovered that his car was missing.
Six other cars were reportedly stolen in separate incident between February 19 and 20.
One of them was stolen in Sunward Park on Friday, February 19.
The other five were stolen on Saturday.
The first one was stolen in the Boksburg CBD, the second one was stolen in Dunswart and the other three were stolen in Boksburg South.
Domestic worker raped at workplace
* Police are hunting two men who recently raped a domestic worker at her workplace and stole her bosses’ belongings.
The suspects entered the property and took the woman into one of the bedrooms, where they raped her before stealing jewellery and the woman’s cellphone. Cases of rape and house robbery were opened.
