Dust your shoes for Tekkie Tax Day
Dust your shoes and support the St Francis Care Centre by buying stickers from them for Tekkie Tax Day, to be held on Friday, May 27.
Tekkie Tax is an annual fund-raiser for a large variety of our country’s biggest, smallest and most reliable non-profit organisations (NPO).
This fund-raiser was launched years ago, so the public can choose who will benefit from their donations.
There will be five different stickers, and you can decide whether you want to buy a sticker to support your love of animals, children, people with disabilities, those in the education industry, or just to bring hope.
You also don’t have to support only one of the divisions – if the need is there, support more than one, or even all of them.
The project is not controlled by only one NPO, each of the participating organisations will share in the proceeds and success of the project.
Individuals are invited to register on the Tekkie Tax website, where they can fill in a form to ensure that their company will be part of this day.
