Beware of false couriers

Companies who dispatch goods for a buyer must take note of the couriers who come to fetch these goods.

According to the Boksburg North SAPS communication officer, Lieut Juanita Coetzer, when a buyer sends a courier to fetch his goods, the company must be sure that the courier is legitimate and that the person’s papers are not false or altered.

Sellers must contact the buyer to ensure that the person making the collection is genuine.

“Verifying of documents and vehicles is very important,” said Coetzer.

“Make sure all documents are in order as this can save a company a lot of money.” – @IschkeBoksburg
