According to the Boksburg North SAPS communication officer, Lieut Juanita Coetzer, an AAA security officer was patrolling in Boksburg North, at around 2am, when he noticed a suspicious looking male walking along the road.
“When he stopped next to him, the suspect immediately fled,” said Coetzer.
“The officer gave chase and apprehended him. The Boksburg North SAPS was called.”
The suspect was found in possession of a bolt cutter.
He was arrested and taken to Boksburg North SAPS.
This suspect was previously arrested for a business breaking at Zama Zama Restaurant.
