Reiger Park Secondary School achieved a 92.7 per cent pass rate in the 2014 matric examinations.

Principal Gregory Fisch was delighted as it is an increase from last year’s 82.5 per cent.

The school managed a total of 30 distinctions, with 48 learners qualifying to study towards university degrees and 61 qualifying to study towards diplomas.

Fisch credited the results to parents and the District Education Department for working relentlessly to develop the students.

“The results serve as a stepping stone for learners to achieve their dreams,” he said.
