He adds that residents are urged to report any illegal dumping activities to the Environmental Health officials or EMPD stating the date, time, place and the type of refuse dumped.
“If the culprits of illegal dumping are identified, action is taken against them to remedy the situation by the Environmental Health.
“Where they are not identified, Waste Management will remove the illegally dumped refuse if it’s on council property.” – @NalediBoksburg
