According to EMPD spokesperson Kobeli Mokheseng, a grey Toyota Yaris driven by a woman (34), collided with a white Honda Brio driven by a woman (71).
“It is not clear at this stage what actually caused the accident but, preliminary investigation reveals that the Yaris was travelling direction east on Kingfisher Road and the Honda on Kingfisher Road towards the west.
“It is alleged that, the Honda turned right (unsafely towards Oborin Road) in front of the oncoming Yaris, before it was T-boned and flipped over,” he explains.
Mokheseng says both drivers did not sustain any visible injuries, and promised to consult their own doctors for a medical check-up. – @TumeloBoksburg
