According to Lieut Juanita Coetzer, communications officer for the Boksburg North SAPS, Sgt Sakhile Dladla and Const Patrick Maphisa were patrolling in Innes Road, Jet Park at 7pm when they saw a white bakkie with four suspicious-looking men inside.
“They searched the occupants of the vehicle and found two toy guns under one suspect’s shirt. A 7.65mm pistol with a magazine and live rounds were also discovered,” says Lieut Coetzer.
