According to Lieut Juanita Coetzer, communications officer for the Boksburg North SAPS, the arrest took place around noon, after a man saw the suspect dealing in an illegal substance.
“The witness contacted us and when officers arrived on the scene they searched the suspect and found four small packets of a possibly illegal substance in his possession,” she says. – @CarmenBoksburg
