Teagrin’s memorial service draws thousands of mourners

Dozens of dignitaries joined thousands of mourners to pay respect to four-year-old Taegrin Morris, in ReigerPark. Taegrin died on Saturday night after being dragged alongside his parent's hijacked car in Reiger Park.
