The donation came as part of Curves annual food drive during the month of May where the gym members and businesses are encouraged to donate towards their branch’s identified charity organisation.

According to owner Hellen Winter, two years ago their charity of choice was an organisation for the elderly.

“This year we decided to make a donation to the Boksburg Child Welfare and do it for the children,” says Winter.

Winter would like to thank the following companies for their contribution to Curves’ “Feed the Needy” May food drive: Prime Properties, Christian Family Church, SK Cemtrade Services, Fast Trail as well as the members of Curves Beyers Park. – @TumeloBoksburg
