Victim support volunteers urgently needed

According to Lieut Juanita Coetzer, communications officer for the Boksburg North SAPS, these volunteers will be screened properly, their fingerprints will be taken and a background check will be performed.

“No people with a criminal record will be accepted,” she says.

Volunteers also must remember that the work is voluntary and no salary will be received.
