Boksburg majority vote DA – latest
By 2pm on Friday, May 9, and with 83 per cent of the Gauteng votes counted the majority of Boksburg residents had voted for the DA.
The DA was leading in the following wards:
* Ward 22 by 80 per cent.
* Ward 23 by 80 per cent (Atlasville).
* Ward 31 by 49 per cent (Van Dyk Park).
* Ward 34 by 56 per cent (Reiger Park by 80 per cent)
* Ward 32 by 76 per cent.
* Ward 92 by 79 per cent
* Ward 43 by 44 per cent (includes Windmill Park, Dawn Park).
* Ward 34 by 57 per cent (Reiger Park)
The ANC was leading in the following wards:
* Ward 33 by 40.41 per cent (Comet, Angelo and Jerusalem informal settlements)
* Ward 42 by 45 per cent (includes Ramaphosa).
