Community urged to inform SAPS of crime

The Boksburg North SAPS remind the community to use the two methods available to them to report crime.

Lieut Juanita Coetzer, communications officer for the Boksburg North SAPS, says that these methods can be used to give suggestions, complaints and to supply them with any information you have.

“We need the information from the community; you are the eyes and ears of the Boksburg North SAPS.”

She adds that there are Crime Information Boards at the Pick n Pay, East Rand Mall and Towers Centre on North Rand Road.

A new suggestion box was put up in front of the Client Service Centre at the Boksburg North police station.

It is situated on the outside wall where you enter the station and is there for the community to supply the SAPS with your input to better their service delivery.

You can give them information regarding crime anonymously or you can e-mail Lieut Coetzer at coetzerjuanita@saps.gov.za.

All the information will be handled confidentially.
