Fourteen finalists in the contest aimed to create awareness of rights and responsibilities and our Constitution among learners in the seven high schools.
The initiative is supported by the R40-million, five-year PSSP programme, and this year had the theme “President 4 a Day”, encouraging learners to think outside the box to address issues facing the youth.
