Over a hundred distinctions for Boksburg High School

Less than two per cent of the Boksburg High 2013 matriculants did not pass their exams, with the school obtaining a 98.39 per cent pass rate.

A total of 150 distinctions were scored by the class of 2013 matriculants.

Parents, siblings and 2013 matriculants gathered at the school to collect statements and results for the final exams.

Although results were available online as well as in the newspaper, most past matriculants prefer getting the detailed results with their exact marks and percentages from the school before checking for their names anywhere else.

Four students were listed as the top achievers at the school.

Melissa-Ann van Eeden roped in a total of six distinctions out of the seven compulsory subjects that were written.

Dustin Gloy, Qhobela Mopeli and Santeal Ramsaroop all obtained five distinctions each.
