According to Lieut Juanita Coetzer, communications officer for the Boksburg North SAPS, a complaint vehicle received information regarding a murder in Francis Road, Anderbolt.
“When the officers arrived at the scene, they found the body,” she says.
Lieut Coetzer adds that the deceased was dressed in a security uniform and had two bullet wounds.
“Later the same day the suspect was arrested and a 9mm Norinco pistol was recovered from the suspect,” she says.
The suspect was detained at the Boksburg North police station.
