Appeal for sponsors to develop youth
African Inspired, a youth group based in Ramaphosa, appeals for sponsors for a modeling show that will be held before the end of this year.
The group wanted to host the show on September 30, but it was cancelled due to lack of the necessary funds.
The aim is to create a platform for the youth to showcase their talents.
It is also part of the group’s mission to help make a difference by keeping young children off the street and giving them a purpose.
Ramaphosa is one of the areas in Boksburg that are faced with poverty, unacceptable school dropout rates, rising teenage pregnancies, crime and substance abuse.
African Inspired also organises cleaning campaigns, soup kitchens, collects clothes and blankets to donate to needy children of the area.
