Fashion with a difference
Summerplace Wedding and Conference Centre and the School of Achievement are hosting a Vintage Ladies' Tea, on October 12.
Benoni-based companies Passion4Fashion and the Marisela Veludo Modelling School (MVMS) will be presenting a brilliant modelling performance and fashion shows.
A guest motivational speaker will also be in attendance.
“As always, with Passion4Fashion and MVMS, we love to do things with a difference,” says spokesperson Brad Johnson.
“MVMS coaches aspiring models free of charge. We teach a host of modelling principles, from freeze modelling to runway modelling.
“We are planning on showing fashion designer and modelling coach Marisela’s latest line of clothing, called Starbright, as well as a few of the matric farewell dresses she has designed this year.”
He adds that the difference with this show is the fact that they will be adding a spin by using pets, such as bearded dragons and parrots.
