Empowering women
In line with Women’s Month celebrations, different government departments and local NGOs, as well as the municipality, have organised a women’s Indaba for the women of Ramaphosa.
Representative from the different government departments gave presentations on various issues that concern women, and explained the roles of the different departments.
NGOs gave a presentation on drug abuse, support and rehabilitation. The event was held at the Conquerors Church in Ramaphosa on Wednesday, August 28.
